In this role, you will welcome customers into the bubble tea / coffee shop and prepare their orders. Your goal is to ensure patrons enjoy their food, drinks and time at our shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about bubble tea/pop culture and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Welcome customers into the shop with a smile Take food and beverage orders Prepare drink and food orders Learn the menu and be able to prepare drink/food items with speed & efficiency Explain the menu items to customers Create a variety of tea-based drinks, from basic to more complex Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency Bus tables, wipe down surfaces, wash/clean as needed Maintain a clean work environment Refill stock at service counter, and assist with ensuring inventory levels are stable Learn general staff duties, tasks, and accept direction/training from supervisors & managers or shift leads Qualifications : Familiarity with food safety guidelines. We will also train you in these areas. Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to multi-task
