Practice Setting: Inpatient Setting Standard Obstetric and
Gynecology Cases Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Electronic
Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Certifications Required: Board
certified, Basic Life Support(BLS) State Licensure Status: Michigan
