Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Plastic Location: Lansing, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A Level I trauma center in Lansing, MI is seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon for 24-hour trauma call coverage. This role focuses on traumatic hand reconstruction, general plastic surgery procedures, facial laceration repair, skin grafts, flaps, and minor burn care for patients ages 15 and older. The position supports a high-volume emergency department with established trauma services. Surgical volume averages 1–3 cases per month, with in-person response required for procedures. Clinic support is available through a dedicated trauma clinic. Shift Timings: 24-Hour On-Call Coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) Approx. 19 days per month Coverage through December 2026 Requirements Board Certified in Plastic Surgery (within 5 years of training) Active Michigan Medical License (full license required) BLS & ACLS (preferred) Self-Query NPDB report (within current month) Benefits Competitive compensation Lodging support available Mileage or rental car assistance ?
