ICU/Critical Care RN in Rochester, Michigan, 48307! Job Title: ICU
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7pm - 7:30am Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2
years of recent ICU experience License: Current licensure by the
State Board of Nursing Certifications: Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
certifications Must-Have: Cerner experience Description: Provides
leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality
compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide,
delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and
families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family
information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding
solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures
implementation of solutions. Clinical knowledge and analytical
abilities are necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
within the unit or department. Ability to perform a wide variety of
professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate
with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing is required. A Bachelor's degree in
Nursing (BSN) is preferred. BLS certification is required. 5
