Practice Setting: Joining 2 OB/GYNs, 1 NP, and 1 CNM Level II Nursery and advanced Women's Center with state-of-the-art LDRs and private post-partum suites On-site surgical team and 24-hour anesthesia support Work with certified nurse midwives, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Operating room blocks are Monday & Friday, 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Shared call model supported by CNM Incoming physician is needed for 10 days a month for call, additional pay for anything more Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual pay $425,000 - $504,000, with ability to earn more Opportunity to work block schedule of 7-10 a month paid per 24 hour shift $100,000 Sign-on bonus Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice with tail coverage Relocation assistance available Additional compensation for call coverage is available Surrounding Community: Home to Western Illinois University, offering a rich cultural and outdoor lifestyle Easy access to Chicago, St. Louis, Peoria, and Springfield Affordable cost of living and a welcoming community Opportunities for hiking, fishing, and exploring local festivals and events JN -022025-32907 Company Description We are a healthcare staffing company that was founded in 2009 and focused on placing physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent, temporary, and executive-level roles.
