Job Description:
JOIN TEAM TRILOGY: What You will be Doing: Participate in daily
nursing report along with daily electronic documentation. Assist
residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal
hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting
when needed. Observe and report changes in residents' condition and
make independent decisions when warranted. Work with a high
quality, collaborative team. Where You will be Going: Regional
Travel Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours
from home address, where license or certification is applicable.
-or- Full Travel Defined as travel for work assignment across the
Company’s footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or
certification is applicable. Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block
scheduling for overnight stays! Mileage and meal reimbursement

family! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Active and in good-standing Nurse
Aide certification. (STNA, CNA, SRNA) Every other weekend and
holiday work availability. At least one year’s experience as a
Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. At least 18 years of age
with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. WHERE
