Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/13/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel - 2 years of experience - Required - Med/Surg Observation Experience - Required Responsibilities/n(50%)* Provides nursing care using the Nursing Process by: Completing nursing assessment of patient and documenting appropriately in the patient chart. Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of the patient.
