Job Description:
The Project Economic Control Manager (ECM) under delegation of
PEM or Cost Management lead in each Tech Center (TC) is accountable
for achieving annual spending targets of projects for the ER&D
and Investment by: Leading all PRS project spending forecast, track
analysis and implementation Having interface with VEMO on PRS ABP
budget and spending status Tracking the status of TM1 and data
extracting for analysis Leading Make & Buy project spending
forecast, track analysis and implementation
