We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BPCM OBD Calibration
Engineer to join our propulsion systems team. In this role, you
will be responsible for BPCM OBD Calibration to ensure diagnostics
meet OBD and performance requirements across various powertrain
configurations. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and perform
on-vehicle testing using development or production intent vehicles,
including transportation and instrumentation setup. · Develop and
calibrate battery diagnostics based on system requirements and meet
OBD release requirements at appropriate program milestones. ·
Develop OBD system procedures that align with internal requirements
and external government regulations. · Perform and review DVP&R
(Design Verification Plan and Report) before validation and define
test protocols and test tools if needed. · Analyze large and
complex mapping datasets to identify and resolve system-level
issues related to BPCM OBD calibration. · Root cause analysis and
data collection, applying structured problem-solving techniques
