Licensed Insurance Customer Service Location: Wixom, MI, 48393 Salary: $40000.0 - $75000.0/year Experience: 1 Year(s) Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Must have an active Property and Casualty license and the ability to commute to our Wixom, MI location, this is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. - Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. - Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
