Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Siding Subcontractor who can confidently run a crew and deliver
high-quality exterior work. The ideal candidate has strong skills
in siding installation, job-site coordination, and leading teams to
complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Compensation: $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a
siding crew on active job sites. Plan daily tasks and manage
workflow to meet project deadlines. Ensure proper installation of
all siding materials and related exterior components. Maintain
job-site safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate clearly
with project managers, homeowners, and other subcontractors. Verify
all work meets quality and manufacturer standards. Qualifications:
Proven experience in siding installation (vinyl, fiber cement, LP,
metal, etc.). Ability to run a crew independently. Strong
understanding of exterior building systems and weatherproofing.
Ability to read plans and scopes of work. Reliable transportation
