Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a skilled Operations Finance Manager to join
our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the
financial operations and ensuring excellent financial management
and profitability of our services within the foodservice,
facilities, and uniform sectors. The successful candidate will work
closely with management to evaluate financial performance,
streamline processes, and implement strategies that enhance
operational efficiency and financial health across various domains.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, profound financial
acumen, and a strong leadership presence to drive our commitment to
excellence and innovation in serving our diverse clientele. Develop
and oversee the financial strategies that align with the company's
goals. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
processes across multiple service lines. Analyze financial data to
identify trends, perform revenue and cost analysis, and advise on
profitable paths. Collaborate with senior management to refine
financial strategies and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance
with applicable laws, regulations, and company financial practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of
high performance and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and
team management skills Superb analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting
principles Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified
Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
