Employment Type: Travel Job ID : 36309284 We are looking for a
skilled and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to
provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients on our
Med-Surg unit. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive
care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions,
pre- and post-surgery needs, and chronic illnesses. Key
Responsibilities: - Perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor vital
signs, and manage symptoms and conditions. - Develop, implement,
and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. - Administer
medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed. - Prepare patients
for surgical procedures and provide post-operative care. -
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare
team members. - Educate patients and families about diagnoses,
medications, treatments, and discharge instructions. - Document
patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health
record (EHR). - REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years experience as an RN in a
