Job Description:

Adecco is currently recruiting for 2nd shift data entry clerks for a temporary government lockbox facility project starting in March. This project is located in Belleville and is expected to last through May depending on the availability.

Job Description:

1. You will be responsible for the input of remittance data for various remittance processing customers

using the computer system processing platform.

2. Reading detailed customer instructions; adhering to various processing requests for the input of check and

invoice information; utilizing strong computer/data entry skills (alpha & numeric) in order to meet stringent

deadlines

3. You will be measured on meeting site productivity and quality standards within a timely manner.

4. You will be relied upon to make judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations

to supervisors and team leaders

5. Required to sit for long periods of time (two to three hours)

6. Must maintain focus and attention to detail.

7. Must possess basic PC skills, navigation, simple tasks such as booting up or turning off the computer and ability

to retain password information

8. Ability to log on and retain the log on routine daily.

9. Ability to retain and follow simple to more complex instructions.

Shift is Monday-Friday, however interested applicants MUST be flexible and willing to work extended hours and weekends during peak times. Candidate must also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines. Prior data entry experience and knowledge of tax forms is highly preferred. Interested candidates must also meet the minimum data entry key stroke score of 8000 ksph. Excellent attendance is a critical part of this assignment and only candidates with a recent and stable work history will be considered.

MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR OVERTIME DURING THE WEEK AND WEEKENDS IF NEEDED

2nd shift - 4:30pm-1am (Monday-Friday)
